Jacobus & Marinda had a very hot Wedding day in May – more than 30 degrees during the day, to a chilly Nightshoot of 6 degrees. Marinda was a very calm bride and everthing happened without incident. A perfect Wedding day. Marinda’s Mom and Sister helped her to get ready for the big event. Jacobus was quite calm, and enjoyed the photoshoot with his Bestman. They had quite a touching moment before their Wedding. Each of them stood behind a wall, (so they could not see each other) and held hands without saying anything to each other before the ceremony. This moment was full of electricity, love and anticipation of the big event that was soon going to take place. They married in a lovely stone chapel at Woodlands with a beautiful orchestra to make the ceremony very special. Jacobus’s mom made a beautiful embroidered ring and kneel cushion for the ceremony. Each guest also received a embroidered serviette, with the Wedding couples initials on. After the ceremony we had the family photos and cake cutting also accompanied by orchestra music. Jacobus & Marinda had a big Mercedes Unimark as their Wedding car, and travelled to their Wedding photoshoot in it. We captured some stunning images with the sun lighting up the grass fields. Woodlands have a ruin that is always a winning combination with Wedding photos. We had a stunning African Sunset without any clouds in the sky. It was definitely a highlight of the Wedding photos. We travelled back to the lodge where we had a fun photobooth for guests, followed by a lovely dinner. A Nightshoot is always a lovely extension to your Wedding photos. We got a few beautiful shots in the freezing cold. Definitely worth it. Jacobus and Marinda have a lovely Luxury Designer Wedding Album with all their fantastic Wedding photos, to treasure forever!
